Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Transformative Pathways Coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the services.

Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you will use this website only for lawful purposes.  You agree not to misuse the website, harm its infrastructure, or interfere with its functionality.

Services

Transformative Pathways Coaching provides life coaching services that are meant for personal development and informational purposes only.  The services are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or psychological advice.  You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any decisions you make based on information or services provided by the coach.  

Billing and Payment

All payments for coaching services must be made in advance. Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Any additional fees or expenses will be communicated to you prior to the service being provided.

Cancellations and Refunds

Session Cancellations:  Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.  

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Transformative Pathways Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.  It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates.  

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. Our coaches adhere to a strict code of ethics regarding client privacy. However, there are exceptions where we may be required to disclose information, such as in cases of harm to oneself or others.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Transformative Pathways Coaching or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or inability to use the website.  You acknowledge that the results of life coaching are subjective and cannot be guaranteed.
